In addition to the deluxe automatic air conditioning, deluxe automatic air conditioning plus allows the air distribution as well as the temperature to be adjusted separately for driver and front passenger. Ventilation is indirect to further reduce draughts. Air is blown into the rear compartment through vents in the B-posts. An additional air quality sensor detects any increase in pollutant levels in the outside air and, if necessary, switches the deluxe automatic air conditioning plus to the recirculation mode. An air humidity sensor ensures a pleasant interior climate.
