Logistics play a central role in the increasingly close relationships between customers, manufacturers and suppliers. The merchandise management and logistics course focusses on the entire process chain.
Supply chain management and e-business are just two important examples of the wide range of different assignments. The need to reconcile parameters that conflict with each other to some extent, like complexity, speed, reliability and cost consciousness, demands willingness to change, well-developed co-ordination skills and an interest in creative planning. You liaise with internal and external partners to optimise the logistic structures, processes and systems – at inter-company level too.
The content of your course
You receive specialised training in the logistics field on the basis of a general business administration background.

Job opportunities after completing the course
High complexity combined with an ability to respond to market requirements quickly is a distinctive feature of AUDI AG's manufacturing operations. As a bachelor of arts / merchandise management and logistics course, your future assignments involve the active development and optimisation of supplier relationships and processes. Your activities required close networking with our suppliers as well as precise control of supply flows and supply chains. While supply management does not end in production, it extends to include retail partners.
