The implementation of technological trends and innovations in car industry products is a challenge everyone employed there is required to tackle.
In order to be able to survive on the international market, more and more efficient, high-quality products need to be developed and improved increasingly fast, without neglecting our responsibility for people and the environment. Technical progress here is closely associated with electronics and information technology.
The content of your course
The curriculum of the car electronics and mechatronics systems course not only consists of general natural science basics, electrical engineering and information technology but also includes the following modules: sensor systems and smart control technologies, car electronics and hardware development, bus and energy systems in cars, car information systems and communications technology, car-specific multimedia platforms and people-machine interface concepts.
12-week theoretical phases at the Friedrichshafen branch of the Ravensburg vocational academy alternate with 12-week practical phases at our locations in Neckarsulm and Ingolstadt. Deployment abroad is possible in this course, too.
In the practical phases, you go through various departments of our company and get to know AUDI AG as a result. You also carry out projects independently.
The course ends after three years with a bachelor thesis.
