As an experienced professional, you will complete a comprehensive, individual familiarization programme, during which your mentor assists and advises you.
You will be given enough project-based assignments with personal responsibility right from the start. Consideration is given to the development of your career from the very first day onwards, too. An initial feedback meeting with your supervisor and the personnel staff member concerned after the end of your probationary period helps you to continue applying your skills as effectively as possible and developing your expertise.
You hold your own personnel development meeting with your supervisor once a year in the course of the personnel development review. Your performance and your potential are appraised at this meeting. A discussion is also held on further goals and forthcoming challenges for your career. On this basis, not only on-the-job measures (e.g. more demanding assignments and projects or a switch to different assignments) but also off-the-job measures (including specialized and general seminars) are specified.
