Personnel requirements planning for the new Audi site in Mexico is currently underway. Before large-scale hiring begins from 2014 onward, individual specialists are now already being recruited to assist with the set-up of the plant. It is important for these specialists to be familiar with AUDI AG work processes at the German sites; therefore extended training stays in Germany are planned for these positions.
