The common objective of AUDI AG und Hertha BSC has been achieved: to be immediately re-promoted to the Bundesliga.
Despite relegation from the Bundesliga in the 2011/2012 season, Audi remained loyal to its partner Hertha BSC – in the firm belief that great things can be achieved together and that they would soon return to the top flight of German football.
With the support of the Berlin-Charlottenburg and Berlin Lichtenberg Audi Centres, the Berlin club has been supplied with vehicles from the current model range since the 2006 season. In return, Audi is able to advertise itself on perimeter banners and in the VIP area at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium. “In a good partnership you don’t run away at the first sign of trouble. We are certain that Hertha BSC will be playing an important role in the Bundesliga again in the medium and long term. That is why we have decided to extend this partnership beyond the current season,” says Markus Siebrecht, General Sales Manager for Audi’s East Region.
