It is one of the highlights of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup: the Hahnenkamm race in Kitzbühel. Audi has been a partner both on and off-piste at the notorious “Streif” since 2001.
Throughout the sporting contests, Kitzbühel proudly flies the flag of the four rings. The athletes set off from state-of-the-art starting gates, the architecture of which is based on the design language of the Audi terminals. Advertising banners, flags, balloons and the design of the rear wall of the winners' podium – all in the new Audi Corporate Design – supplement the wide and varied presence of the car maker from Ingolstadt during one of the highlights of the World Cup season.
The Audi driving experience gives the opportunity to invited guests and athletes at Kitzbühel to experience the excitement of driving an Audi right on the limit, with safety and sporty thrills in equal measure. Other cars from the Audi model range provide a shuttle service for athletes and guests alike. The models which are used include the Audi Q7, the Audi A6 Avant and the long-wheelbase version of the Audi A8 – all with permanent four-wheel drive quattro, of course.
The Audi Night on Friday evening traditionally forms the prelude to the Hahnenkamm weekend. Guests from industry, sport and show business meet up in the "Hotel zur Tenne" in the heart of the town to get themselves in the mood for the weekend.
