Audi connect services are only available with mobile phone contracts that include a data option and only within the coverage of the mobile phone networks. Depending on your mobile phone tariff, and particularly when used abroad, additional costs may be incurred for receiving data packages from the internet: due to the high volume of data involved, a contract with a flat rate for data is strongly recommended. Your mobile phone provider will be able to give you more detailed information.
Audi connect is available in all the countries of Europe with the exception of Turkey, Malta, Cyprus and Iceland; in Russia it is only available in the Moscow and St. Petersburg metropolitan areas. A separate mobile phone contract may have to be purchased in order to use the Audi connect services and the WLAN hotspot. Your mobile phone provider will be able to give you more detailed information. Your Audi partner will inform you about the availability of the individual Audi connect services in your car. On request, you can have your Audi factory-fitted with a WLAN hotspot for wireless internet access. Provision of a WLAN hotspot is optional and only available in conjunction with MMI® navigation plus with MMI® touch.
