Direct appointment: Not detours
This is the challenge for you – Straight to work! You finally want to apply everything you have learned in theory and practice at university in a specific job? Then you should waste no time: join Audi and take over direct responsibility in your field of expertise. So if you are looking for a real challenge: here it is!
Direct appointment to a job at Audi
You have already obtained enough experience via internships and holiday jobs and know what field you would like to work in. Then, a direct appointment to a job is exactly the right solution for you – because you take over immediate responsibility in your field of expertise here. To make sure you get off to a smooth start, we assign you a mentor from your operational division with whom you compile an individual familiarization plan and who establishes the most important contacts in the company for you. This guarantees that you can carry out your assignments independently within a short period of time.
Your activities are not confined solely to your particular organizational unit, however. It is a matter of course at Audi that you are involved in interdisciplinary projects right from the beginning. Because it is only possible for you to make proper use of your skills and abilities if you are aware of the overall structure of the company. This does not only help Audi to keep on track, it also enables you to perform successfully.
You should also note the following requirements for your application:
- Good results in your university/college courses
- At least two months of practical experience
- Ideally international experience
- Good knowledge of foreign languages, primarily English and ideally in one other language such as Chinese, Spanish, …
- Customer orientation
- Communication skills
- Team skills
- Entrepreneurial approach
- Activities outside the university environment
- Ability to communicate in German
