The Audi Trainee Programme
Deep insight into structures and processes – if you want to get to know multiple areas of a company during the first year of your career, then the Audi International Trainee Programme is just what you’re looking for. The International Trainee Programme at AUDI AG is a 12-month trainee programme for university graduates. As a trainee you will acquire a comprehensive overview of the structures and processes in our company.
As a trainee you will get to know the key interfaces within and outside AUDI AG through various projects. During the 12-month programme you will work independently on three to four projects in various divisions.
One of these projects is in your target department and a second is at one of the Volkswagen Group’s international sites. The individual programme modules are selected specifically to match your qualifications and the requirements of your target department. The programme also includes time to be spent in Production, at dealerships and in the Audi restaurants, where you will have direct contact with the products and Audi’s customers. Your programme is rounded off with seminars, CIP workshops and various working groups as well as fireside chats and networking events with members of the top management or the Audi Board of Management.
You will be assisted by a mentor from management and by the trainee support team throughout the entire programme.
Once you have completed the programme you will have an excellent network within the company, which you can put to use in your later work. The International Graduate Trainee Programme starts with an indefinite contract at AUDI AG and is open to graduates of any subject, but we are particularly looking for graduates of technical degree programmes.
You should also note the following requirements when preparing your application:
