As a fully-owned subsidiary of AUDI AG, Audi VG is a key component of Audi Sales Germany. The company’s main aim is to safeguard Audi’s leadership in the premium segment through personal contact with Audi dealers and customers
Within Germany, AUDI AG cooperates with approximately 450 dealers and a large number of authorised workshops. At their service is a team of Audi VG sales professionals who provide support and advice in all company-related matters. To ensure this support is both dependable and flexible, Audi VG is organised into five regions. The central offices are all located in the vicinity of the major German cities Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich.
Customer Service in Ingolstadt and the Audi VG subsidiary CC WellCom GmbH in Potsdam and Ingolstadt provide Audi customers, interested parties and Audi dealers with support: over the phone, in writing, by fax or via e-mail. Visitors to the Audi Forums also have the opportunity to speak with Audi VG employees directly – right there at the forum itself.
Service Technology Support is solely responsible for technology-related product queries the world over.
Audi VG is there where “the fascination of Audi” is encountered and experienced: in dialogue with Audi dealers, as an active presence in the Audi Forums or simply at the other end of the phone. As direct contacts, our employees are the face and voice of this premium brand throughout Germany.
Approximately 450 Audi dealers and a large number of authorised workshops throughout Germany have turned their “fascination with Audi” into their chosen career. Our sales experts support the regional Audi dealers in all matters relating to the partner company.
Working from central locations, our administrative and field service employees provide comprehensive support and advice in the areas of sales, service and authorised partner training. Our employees are also the first port of call for marketing activities appropriate to specific requirements and target groups.

To ensure flexible, individual and prompt support for all Audi dealers, the German market is divided into five regions - each with a central office in the vicinity of a major German city.
East: Ludwigsfelde (near Berlin)
West: Frechen (near Cologne)
