“Responsibility Perspective” lecture series
In 2013, Audi launched a special dialogue format for its workforce at the Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm sites. The “Responsibility Perspective” lecture series offers employees the opportunity to share ideas regarding sustainability with representatives from non-governmental organizations (NGOs), with academics and with politicians.
The discussions in the “Responsibility Perspective” lecture series bring Audi into sharp focus for the employees. They sensitize colleagues to the issues of the future, to new social developments and to the opportunities and challenges that these present to the Company. The online “Responsibility Forum” information platform provides reports on the events and gives Audi employees an opportunity to launch their own discussions.
