Reinis Nitišs is the newcomer at EKS. The Latvian began his motorsport career in karting and celebrated his first title at just 13 years of age. In 2011, the cross-crountry skiing enthusiast and endurance sportsman switched to Rallycross, where he continued his success story. In 2013, Nitišs became European Champion in the Super1600 class. A year later he became the still to this day youngest driver to win a World Championship round in the Supercar class at 18 years and 181 days old, eventually coming third in the overall standings. He sees the change to the world champion team EKS as a unique opportunity. He wants to pay back the trust placed in him with top results in the 560 hp Audi S1 EKS RX quattro.
