As a wholly owned subsidiary of Audi, A4nXT brings startups’ external innovations into the company and provides a venture clienting service.
The goal is to enhance new technologies with our industry knowledge and swiftly implement them at Audi.
What is venture clienting?
Venture clienting means that Audi becomes the startups’ customer. This ensures rapid project implementation and enables the startups’ innovations and products to be integrated into the Audi world.

Practical challenges:
A4nXT and the departments at Audi identify the most urgent challenges the company is currently facing, pinpointing areas where it requires the support of highly specialized startups.
Targeted search:
A4nXT scouts startups worldwide and connects them with departments suited to the challenges. The goal is to initiate joint pilot projects to rapidly validate solutions and subsequently accelerate their integration into AUDI AG.
Pilot projects:
Pilot phases span a period of three to six months. During that time, the departments at Audi have the opportunity to test the startups’ solutions. In turn, the startups can present their products at AUDI AG and use this as an entry point into the automotive industry. At the same time, the pilot phase facilitates deeper exchanges and better mutual understanding. A4nXT actively helps startups integrate into AUDI AG’s systems and processes.
If the pilot phase is successful, the department and startup can transfer their solution to series production and start a long-term business relationship.
