The Audi Trainee Programme
In the trainee programme you begin with broad-based development. You are given the opportunity to develop a network and get to know the company as a whole. Your in-depth knowledge of the specialised area is developed following the trainee programme as you assume on-the-job responsibilities. With direct appointment, the process is reversed: you begin by developing your in-depth, specialised knowledge, then broaden your base. Consequently, these ways of joining the company differ but should be viewed as of equal value, and they will not have varying impact on your career opportunities.
It is not possible to complete the entire trainee programme outside of Germany. However, a 2- to 3-month project at a location of the VW Group outside Germany is a component of the programme.
Applicants are selected in a three-step process:
1. step: Preselection based on application documents
2. step: Structured interview
3. step: Assessment Centre at Audi in Ingolstadt
You will be supervised by your personal mentor from Audi management throughout the entire programme. You will prepare a personalised schedule for your programme together with your mentor and the trainee support team. Both will be available to you as points of contact at all times.
Please include the following documents with your application:
