For the first time since 2013, the DTM will return to Brands Hatch. It will also be the championship’s debut on the longer version of the circuit located in Kent, Great Britain.
The long haul

Brands Hatch will host the DTM on its “Grand Prix” circuit with nine corners, following the previous visits to the venue that used the much shorter six-turn “Indy” layout. The back section of the track will provide exciting racing as the drivers challenge each other through the high-speed elevation changes. The British fans are well known for their love of touring car racing and they will be welcoming the DTM back to their shores with open arms.

Race facts

The first corner is one of the most famous in the world of motorsport: “Paddock Hill Bend” is a fast right-handed corner that drops away before climbing towards the “Druids” hairpin.

The track demands high downforce and total commitment from the drivers as they navigate through very fast corner sequences, especially in the final sector.
