Communications Trainee with Audi

What you can expect
During their practice-oriented training, the communications trainee get to know Audi’s Way in a variety of ways and help to shape it to the benefit of the company. As a communications trainee, you will support those responsible in all areas of communication. You will be accountable for your project-related range of tasks, in which your conceptual and strategic thinking will be applied as well as your project management skills. This on-the-job training is supplemented with regular training programs in the areas of corporate communications, editorial work and key training such as an accompanying block training course at the Berlin School of Journalism. The training program prepares interns for a career as a press spokesperson, a public relations and communications specialist or as a PR consultant.
Project-related assignment areas
During your two-year training, as a communications trainee you will pass through eight stations within Audi Communications. You will be independently in charge of projects with predefined goals in your own area of responsibility. Assigned areas such as product, employee and online communication as well as external stations abroad or within the Group provide communications trainees with in-depth insights into communications work.
Editorial activities
Outside the stations, communications trainees write background stories, interviews and driving reports for the Audi blog, develop stories for the internal company newspaper or collaborate in the technology magazine Encounter. Independent moderating of an Audi.torium also rounds off the journalistic training of the interns.
Requirements
Are you passionate about communication, curious and creative, and are you driven by a spirit of discovery to take on exciting challenges and break new ground? - You have a Master degree in Communication Sciences, Journalism, Media Studies or a comparable course of training
- You have applied this knowledge through editorial experience in the media industry
- In-depth knowledge of English is extremely important, other language skills are desirable
- Your qualifications profile for the communications traineeship is rounded out by your communication skills and team spirit, creativity and independence
