Five strong businesses, four exclusive work placements. We’ll leave the difficult choice to you: please list the participating companies in your order of preference during the application process. A placement with your first choice is guaranteed in any case. A further three placements will be assigned to you, but don’t worry – you’ll get at least three of your top four choices!
Besides four exciting placements, you can expect professional training, personal mentoring and exclusive events. This will enable you to build up a valuable network of contacts who will accompany and support you on your career path.

Every day some five million people use leading products by Procter & Gamble (P&G), such as Gillette, Always and Oral-B. In your work placement at P&G, you’ll contribute directly to this impact by taking responsibility for your own brand-related project: what should the new YouTube advertising for Vicks look like from a brand management perspective? How could Oral-B promotions be improved? With the aid of various analytical tools, you’ll develop strategies to align the offering even more closely with customer opinion. You see, your P&G placement is about making an impact – not making the coffee!
We are looking for outstanding, German-speaking university students in any discipline who will complete their bachelor’s degree by mid-2021 and are planning to start a master’s degree course the following year.
What else you need to know...
Your gap year programme will start with an exclusive launch event in September 2021. Your first work placement will then begin immediately with one of the five programme partners. Each of the four placements lasts 10 weeks. There is a short break between each of the placements which you can spend as you wish.
