"As a mechanical engineer specializing in production, the tour through the manufacturing area was a real highlight for me: It was impressive to experience live the processes we had previously studied in theory."

Alina Schmitz, intern - Supplier / Technology / Feasibility Assurance

I am truly inspired by the consistent focus on sustainability in the development department and the care with which every component is evaluated for environmental friendliness. I find it very inspiring to take on my own projects early on and assume responsibility.

From the very beginning, I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. My team not only quickly involved me in all tasks but also actively encouraged me to contribute my own interests and ideas. I was able to gain valuable insights into various areas of work and develop both professionally and personally.

The extensive supporting program – from exciting expert lectures and factory tours to study lunches – and the “Students@Audi” community enable intensive networking among interns.

"Audi combines technical excellence with genuine future orientation for me."

Ergon Molliqaj, intern - Plant Management Ingolstadt

My absolute highlight was the first hackathon, where employees from production and logistics teamed up with the Audi Formula 1 team to develop innovative ideas – an impressive example of creativity, team spirit and openness to new impulses at Audi.

Audi’s strong presence in Ingolstadt, along with its cooperation with numerous universities, demonstrate the commitment to innovation and the support for young talent.

I find the expert lectures exciting, offering deep insights into the specific areas and lots of new knowledge. I was able to further develop my skills in PowerApps and also take part in test drives, where I got to experience and test the products firsthand.

"Researching, collecting ideas and helping shape innovative technologies has brought me great joy and suits me very well."

Betül Isik, intern - Technology Development – Materials / Procedures

As an intern, I was able to take on exciting tasks in battery technology – independently, but always with the support of my supervisor. I find the collaboration with suppliers and research institutes particularly enriching.

Audi combines professional work with innovative approaches and places great value on the development of interns. I gain exciting insights into future topics and production. The combination of practical relevance, knowledge transfer and an open corporate culture makes my internship especially rewarding.

I’ve learned a lot, discovered my strengths and found my enthusiasm for technology development. Working on innovative ideas brings me great joy and helps me see more clearly where I want to go in my career.
