AUDI SPORT ABT SCHAEFFLER IS FORMULA E CHAMPION

Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler secured the title in the teams’ classification of the fourth season with impressive comeback drives.

Heart-stopping finale in New York: the title decision for the teams’ classification was open and hard-fought all the way to the final lap, with a mere two points finally making the difference: In Sunday’s race, Lucas di Grassi crossed the finish line in second place just ahead of teammate Daniel Abt after 43 laps around the street circuit in Brooklyn, with its view of downtown Manhattan.

In the first race on Saturday, Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler laid the foundation for the success with a doube victory: Lucas di Grassi won the race after a strong catching-up race from eleventh place on the grid ahead of Daniel Abt.
