RACE FACTS

RACE FACTS

In 2019, the DTM will take place at Assen in the Netherlands for the first time. The TT Circuit Assen has a length of 4.555 kilometres and was built as a permanent racetrack in 1955. The longest straight is almost 970 metres long.

Making it unique: The TT Circuit has banked corners and there is room for 100,000 spectators. The track is known as a Mecca for motorcycle racing – the only circuit on the Superbike World Championship that was specifically designed for motorcycles.
