Integrity in action
Right or wrong? Our fast-moving and highly complex world requires us to think in more than just black-and-white terms. Integrity is therefore a central element in every employee’s value compass and determines what we do every day. Through communication, awareness-raising and training – all in a working environment characterized by the corporate values, an active speak-up culture and psychological safety – the company has firmly established the practice of thinking and acting with integrity. In addition, there is a network of around 100 integrity ambassadors who promote integrity in the various divisions, serving as multipliers across all hierarchies.
