The Application Process
We want your path to Audi to be as clear and transparent as possible. Below is an overview of the steps your application will go through.
Registration on the Job Portal
To apply, you’ll first need to create a profile in our job portal. Registration only takes a few minutes.
Application via the job portal
You manage your application directly in the job portal. You can save your progress at any time and continue later. You can also track the status of your application at any point.
Review by recruiting and the hiring department
Once your application is submitted, it will be carefully reviewed by our recruiting team and the relevant department. Every application is assessed individually, which may take some time. We will contact you as soon as a decision has been made.
Interview
Candidates shortlisted for the next step will be invited to an interview, which may be held virtually or in person. You’ll receive all relevant information with the invitation.
Selection Day (for certain positions only)
For some roles, an additional selection day may take place—either in a group or one-on-one setting. We’ll inform you in advance if this applies to your application.
Contract
After approval by our employee representation bodies, you’ll receive your employment contract.
