What is Diversity and Inclusion to you?
D&I is a real matter of the heart for me. I’m convinced that each person has unique potential and the intrinsic motivation to make a difference by using this potential. It’s our task as a company to discover all these unique potentials and provide conditions that make it easy and safe for people to contribute.
What is the status of D&I in your company right now?
AUDI AG is becoming more inclusive every day. The guideline for gender-sensitive language, the opportunity to share a leadership position or our continuous work towards more fair HR processes are just a few examples. But there is still a lot more to do!
What is the future of D&I in your company?
What AUDI AG as a whole still needs to understand: D&I is not the responsibility of one single department. It’s the responsibility of everyone!

What is Diversity and Inclusion to you?
No-one should have to hide who they are. Diversity is not a choice; it is a simple fact of society. Roughly 75% of inhabitants in Brussels have a non-Belgian background so we as a company must acknowledge the intersectional questions that play as a result
What is the status of D&I in your company right now?
Our attention has focused on developing tools, evidence-based methods and processes to drive inclusive leadership. However, inclusion also extends to company policy, including our Accompanying Trans* and Diversity Network policies.
What is the future of D&I in your company?
Our next step is to review our HR processes and make them more inclusive. As gender stereotypes are still prevalent in the automobile industry, we will develop initiatives and programmes which focus on women.

What is Diversity and Inclusion to you?
For me, D&I means being open and honest with each other, creating an atmosphere where nobody has to hide or feel like they are not an equal and an important part of the community. We are diverse and we need an inclusive community to live it.
What is the status of D&I in your company right now?
At Audi Hungaria we have always been diverse but there is still room for improvement. We are training our management and production team leaders on the importance of diversity. We are also spreading awareness constantly among our employees.
What is the future of D&I in your company?
Diversity is not only a catchy phrase used in media communication but also a vital part of the company’s strategy. That is why our board of management has claimed to broaden and deepen our D&I commitment.

What is Diversity and Inclusion to you?
D&I is not only essential for innovation and business productivity, but also to ensure that the human rights of all people are respected.
What is the status of D&I in your company right now?
The gender gap is one of the main issues concerning D&I in the Mexican context. In order to promote gender equality, this year we organized the event "Women, We Care For You," in collaboration with Volkswagen Mexico. We discussed the relevance of women in the workforce and shared stories of success as well as personal experiences from female employees. Diversity matters to Audi Mexico and is key to our success strategy; we continuously take responsibility for our impact on society as a whole.
What is the future of D&I in your company?
The future of diversity at Audi Mexico is both challenging and inspiring. We want to promote more women to leadership positions, attract and retain more diverse talent, and build connections with the community of San José Chiapa so that we can share common values.

What is Diversity and Inclusion to you?
The uniqueness of each of us extends D&I to 360 degrees; people's skills and talents should be valued in all life aspects, being considered in harmony, not in conflict. Diversity is a valuable asset for the company in terms of leadership, performance and well-being. It is essential to promote and ensure equal opportunities at all times.
What is the status of D&I in your company right now?
The launch of the “Digital Identity” which gives all employees equal access to digital services was a great success. Our motto is: White collars, blue collars, NO collars. We are all Ducati bricks!
What is the future of D&I in your company?
We want to learn more and more about people's background, because it shapes their mindset and behaviour both in private and at work. We offer unconscious bias trainings for all our employees. In addition, psychologists provide professional consultation open to all employees.

What is Diversity and Inclusion to you?
The labor market has become more multifaceted and complex. People have varied and unique backgrounds, characteristics and needs; the role of HR management is to lead the way towards diversity, coexistence, sharing and inclusion.
What is the status of D&I in your company right now?
Italdesign is deeply rooted in its territory; nevertheless, it has always aimed at internationalisation and appealed to global customers and partners. We can say, ‘diversity’ is in our DNA. We are currently promoting D&I values, in order to make our employees feel free to express themselves and provide our leaders with the right tools to ensure an inclusive environment.
What is the future of D&I in your company?
The future is now. We are setting up a Diversity Management programme, including collecting KPIs and reviewing our processes and policies. By involving our colleagues and expanding our partner network, we can accomplish these ambitious targets. D&I is a global challenge, likely to transform our world. For this, we require unity and cohesion.

What is Diversity and Inclusion to you?
D&I is a topic that really matters to me. D&I is about creating a corporate culture where everyone can be themselves. It means valuing the amazing richness of people’s uniqueness, creating value both for the company and for our society.
What is the status of D&I in your company right now?
We have been introducing various initiatives with a special focus, e.g. on parenthood and well-being. All our projects start with listening to our people, so that everyone feels involved in the value creation process. Companies like ours have to be an inspiring model for the society and leave a valuable impact for next generation; therefore, we cooperate with schools on breaking gender stereotypes.
What is the future of D&I in your company?
For us, D&I is a key asset of our strategy. Dedicated programmes with initiatives, training and KPIs aim at spreading the awareness on the value of diversity,contributing to the creation of a society based on equity and mutual respect.
