The Audi Group's worldwide network of production sites includes the two German sites in Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm, as well as production facilities in Hungary, Belgium and Mexico. As part of the Volkswagen Group, Audi also manufactures cars at worldwide production sites in Zwickau, Germany, in Slovakia and Spain anyway, as well as in Brazil, India and China. In addition, there are Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., Bentley Motors Ltd. and Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A., with which Audi forms the Brand Group Progressive within the Volkswagen Group.

Audi in Germany

Audi produces a wide range of models for the global market, including the all-electric Audi Q6 e-tron, at its largest production site in Ingolstadt with the Group headquarters and in Neckarsulm. The all-electric Audi Q4 e-tron is also built at the Volkswagen plant in Zwickau.

Audi in Belgium

At the Brussels plant, Audi produces the Q8 e-tron in a CO₂-neutral balance sheet. The plant covers its energy requirements primarily with biogas produced in an environmentally friendly manner and has been purchasing green electricity since 2012.

Audi in Mexico

In September 2016, Audi started production at its 12th plant worldwide in San José Chiapa, Mexico. The modern production facility was planned virtually and, at 2,400 meters above sea level, is also the highest-altitude site.

Audi in Hungary

Audi Hungaria develops and produces engines for AUDI AG and other Volkswagen Group companies. The site is the world's largest plant for the production of powertrains, including for the e-drive of the new Audi Q6 e-tron.

Audi in China

As the world's largest automotive market, China is of particular strategic importance. Audi therefore produces vehicles locally together with two partners, develops market-specific technologies and manages sales in the market.

Audi in Brazil

Audi do Brasil started production of the Audi A3 Sedan in 2015. Meanwhile, the plant in São José dos Pinhais in the state of Paraná has been producing the Audi Q3 and Audi Q3 Sportback models since mid-2022.

Audi in India

Skoda Auto VW India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) has been producing the Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi Q3, Audi Q3 Sportback, Audi Q5 and Audi Q7 models for AUDI AG at the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar site in the Indian state of Maharashtra since September 2007.

Audi in Slovakia

VOLKSWAGEN SLOVAKIA, a.s. has been producing its Audi Q7 premium car for AUDI AG in the Slovakian capital of Bratislava since the end of 2005. The Audi Q8 has also been rolling off the production line here since 2018.

Audi in Spain

Various Audi models have been built at the SEAT site in Martorell since 2011. Since October 2018, the Audi A1 has been manufactured here and delivered from there to all sales markets worldwide.

Some 400,000 persons a year visit the Audi Forum Ingolstadt at the group's head offices. The Audi Forum Ingolstadt is a popular attraction for new vehicle buyers and guests experiencing offers, such as factory tours for the entire family, exhibitions in the Audi museum mobile, shops, movies, events, catering and conference rooms.

The Audi Forum is the place to experience the world of Audi at the Neckarsulm site - the place where up to 150 new car buyers receive their Audi every day and visitors experience the brand up close and personal. The Audi exclusive studio, Nuvolari restaurant and Audi shop round out the offerings. The building also offers a versatile setting for readings, concerts, children’s events and conferences.
