Martin Sander - Sales and Marketing

Born in Hildesheim, Martin Sander studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig, graduating with a degree in engineering.
With long-standing professional experience in the automotive industry, Martin Sander has held various management positions at Audi in North America and Europe. These included roles as Senior Vice President of Sales for Europe, Germany, America and the UK.
From 2022 to 2024 he was Chairman of the Management Board of Ford-Werke GmbH and General Manager Ford Model e for Ford of Europe.
Most recently, from 2024 to 2026, Martin Sander served as Board Member for Sales, Marketing and After Sales at Volkswagen Passenger Cars.
Since 1 October 2026, Martin Sander has been Member of the Board of Management at AUDI AG for Sales and Marketing and, as a member of the Volkswagen Group’s Extended Executive Committee, responsible for its sales operations.
