Thomas Bogus - Biography
- Plant Manager at Audi Neckarsulm
Thomas Bogus was born in Karlsruhe in 1970. After completing his studies and doctorate at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, he began his professional career at Audi in Ingolstadt in 2002.
From 2006 to 2009, Bogus was responsible for Industrial Engineering for the Audi brand.
In 2010, he moved to the Audi site in Neckarsulm for the first time, leading one of the assembly areas as well as sections of the test center. He then gained international experience at the Spanish site in Martorell in 2012, before returning to Neckarsulm from 2015 to 2020. During this time, he held various management positions in production, most recently as Head of Manufacturing.
In late 2020, he assumed project management of all-electric Audi models on the production side at the European and Chinese sites.
From September 2024 to June 2026, he was Managing Director for Production, Technology, and Logistics as well as Management Spokesman of AUDI BRUSSELS S.A./N.V.
Since July 1, 2026, Thomas Bogus has been Plant Manager at the Neckarsulm site.
