
Find your master‘s degree program at Audi.
The application period starts on October 1st 2025. At the beginning of the application period, you will have to be enrolled in your 1st Master's semester. You will combine your current studies with practical assignments at AUDI AG from the 2nd semester on.
Your dual master’s degree program – as individual as you are
At the beginning of your dual study program, you determine your program together with your target area. Your dual study program is thereby individually tailored to you and your target position.
During your lecture-free periods (semester breaks, practical semester, master’s thesis) you will gain practical experience in your target area at Audi and can take on responsibility in related departments. You will also gain valuable insights into key topics and processes related to your target area.
At the beginning of the program you will determine your individual program schedule with your supervisor from your target area. Your practical assignments will prepare you for your target position at the end of the program.
Get to know the community of the Audi dual program and build up your network within the company.
You are welcome to gain national and international experience during your practical semester.
You will receive a monthly salary during the whole program, including the theoretical phases at the university/college.
At Audi you‘ll work up to 35 hours a week within a flexible working hours model.
If you have successfully completed the program within the standard period of study, we will offer you a position in your target area.
Shaping the future of mobility
For your dual master‘s degree program at Audi, you have to be enrolled in an accredited degree program at a public college/university in Germany. By submitting your application you are already successfully studying in your chosen degree program.
You are free to choose your field of study, as long as it is within the scope of our focus areas technology/material sciences and IT/digital business.

Your qualifications and skills
- You are studying in the first semester of an accredited master’s degree program by submitting your application.
- Your degree program matches our job offers, which are published on October 1st, 2025.
- Your German language skills are at least level C1 when submitting your application documents.
- You are proficient in English.
- You have already gained experience in the context of academic internships or a thesis in industry.
- You are a team player and are prepared to take in different perspectives, adapt to new environments and embrace change.

Answers to the most important questions
<p>In addition to your CV and your cover letter please send us your school diploma and an extract of your previous academic achievements.<br></p><p>You can add these files in the attachments section of your application (preferably in PDF or JPG format).</p><p>We are also happy to give you the opportunity to apply for multiple positions.</p>
<p>After submitting your written application, you will receive an invitation to take the online aptitude test. The test should be completed by you within one week.</p><p>We review all applications and have a look at the results of the aptitude test. In the best case, you will receive an invitation to get an invitation to a job interview via MS Teams.</p>
<p>Please note that you have to be enrolled in accredited degree program at a public college/university in Germany.</p><p>Your degree program have to match our published job offers.</p>
<p>We offer a guaranteed job in the target area for all students who successfully complete their dual study program within the standard study period.</p>
<p>You will receive a monthly salary during the whole program, including the theoretical phases of the university/college.<br></p><p>The amount of financial support is calculated as a percentage of the basic monthly pay in salary group 7 of the collective wage agreement for the metal and electrical industry in Baden-Württemberg (available on the Internet):</p><p>1st Audi dual study year: 37%<br>2nd Audi dual study year: 39%<br>3rd Audi dual study year: 42%</p>
<p>Students' final thesis are undertaken at the higher education institution/university. Admissions for students to be able to write a thesis are therefore the responsibility of the higher education institution/university and are based on the relevant study regulations. We at Audi support students during their final thesis as a reliable partner in practice. The job description outlines the target department in which the thesis is thematically located. Topics are specified on an individual basis together with the students and their supervising professors.</p>
