Scope of Permission

By consenting, you grant Audi AG the non‑exclusive, royalty‑free right to:

• no use in defamatory, misleading or contextually inappropriate manner
• grant Audi AG and its affiliated companies within the Audi Group the right to use the content for the purposes described above
• Use worldwide
• Use for 1 year from the date of your consent

Confirmation of Ownership Rights

By giving consent, you confirm that:

• You are the sole owner of all rights to the respective content (copyright, image rights, and any third‑party elements)
• No rights of third parties are violated (including trademarks, copyrights or privacy)
• The content does not contain any third-party copyrighted material such as music (including music provided by social media platforms unless explicitly permitted for commercial reuse), logos, or protected designs unless you have obtained all necessary rights
• All identifiable individuals contained in the content asset have given their permission to be featured
• You confirm that the content does not depict minors, or that explicit, verifiable parental consent has been obtained.
• You shall be responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws
• In case of third-party claims arising from incorrect rights representations, you agree to reasonably cooperate with Audi AG in clarifying such claims

Purpose of Use

Audi AG may use your requested content for/on:

• Official Audi social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok)
• Organic posts
• Paid posts/ads including the potential use in sponsored and targeted advertising format
• brand communication related to Audi products and services
• publication in Audi-owned and controlled channels
• Internal presentations and inspiration materials

Permission to Redact Personal Identifiers

You acknowledge and agree that Audi AG reserves the right to blur, remove, mask, or otherwise obscure any elements within the respective content that may allow identification of individuals or locations, including but not limited to:

• License plates
• Faces or identifiable body features
• House numbers, street names, shop signs, or building details
• Any other information that may reveal personal data

This is done to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and to protect individuals’ privacy.

Persistence of Content on Social Media

You acknowledge and agree that:
Once published on a social media platform, Audi AG is not obligated to actively remove or delete the respective content after the end of the agreed usage period.
Audi AG will, upon valid withdrawal requests, assess removal where technically feasible and legally required. However, complete deletion from third-party platform environments cannot be guaranteed due to platform-specific limitations.

The content may remain available on the platform due to:

• platform‑specific archiving
• algorithmic caching
• repost mechanics
• third‑party shares beyond Audi’s control

Audi AG will not re‑use the content after the 1‑year usage period, but previously published posts may remain accessible as long as the platform keeps them available.

This clause ensures technical feasibility and industry‑standard content lifecycle handling.

GDPR Information & Withdrawal of Consent

Your consent is the legal basis for processing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
You may exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal) anytime via e-mail to:

Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing prior to withdrawal.

Audi AG and the respective social media platform may act as joint controllers, particularly where interaction with platform features enables data processing by both parties in accordance with Art. 26 GDPR.

• Any personal data visible in your content asset
• Metadata provided through the platform

Audi will store a record of your consent as required by GDPR. Consent records will be stored for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations.
