AUDI AG regards diversity & inclusion (D&I) as a journey that the company shapes together with its employees. Milestones show the many ways in which diversity generates impact at Audi.

Manifesto

Each individual’s uniqueness is a precious asset, since each person is characterized by their own stories, perspectives and abilities. Only with these differences can we effectively shape transformation. With an internal D&I Manifesto, the Board of Management of AUDI AG has sent out a visible sign of appreciation and a strong commitment both internally and externally.

Anti-discrimination office

Discrimination and bullying have no place at Audi. For this reason, a point of contact was created at the company to provide advice and support prevention efforts related to discrimination. It offers an additional way to make potential discrimination easier to address. Confidentially – from person to person.

We.Together – D&I Days

With the theme week “We.Together,” Audi brings together people from all countries and sites across the Group. The action week reflects current D&I topics through various interactive formats; network events and cultural activities complete the program. The month of May, as European Diversity Month, offers the opportunity each year to reflect on diversity internationally and continue developing it further.

Inclusion Survey

Audi takes D&I into its own hands – with the annual Inclusion Survey. The aim is to obtain a complete picture of the perspectives of the workforce and to derive effective measures from this. At the heart of the survey are questions on the five topics of authenticity, belonging, psychological safety, inclusive behavior as well as fair practices and culture. The survey is a reliable barometer, especially in times of change.

Sustainability
