Direct appointment for graduates
Challenging assignments and opportunities to advance – we consistently demand and expect the very best from our employees. But along with these high expectations, we also provide support so that you can put your individual strengths to use while also continuing your personal development.
As an experienced professional, you will of course receive a comprehensive personal orientation in which your mentor supports and advises you. You will receive plenty of independent, project-oriented work from the start. But the future development of your career is also considered from the very first day. An initial feedback meeting with your superior and the HR department once your probationary period ends will help you optimise the use of your capabilities and further develop your skills. During annual personnel development meetings, you will discuss your development with your superior. Your performance and potential are evaluated in these meetings. You will also discuss additional goals and upcoming challenges. As a result, a list of measures will be defined that includes both on-the-job measures – such as taking on more challenging duties and projects or moving to another job assignment – and off-the-job measures, including interdisciplinary seminars as well as those in your specific discipline. You should always apply 3 to 5 months prior to the desired starting date by submitting all required application documents.
