Audi Graduate Program – Change Perspectives

 

A comprehensive overview of the entire company – would you like to get to know various areas of AUDI AG in your first year at work? Then the Change Perspectives Program, a 12-month trainee program, is just right for you.

As a trainee on the Change Perspectives Program you will gain a broad overview of the entire company by being deployed to three to four different divisions in the course of the 12-month program.

One of these projects will be in your target department and a second will be at one of the Audi Group’s international sites. The individual program modules are selected specifically to match your qualifications and the requirements of your target department. You will also complete production, customer contact and catering modules in which you will experience the products and Audi customers close up. Your program is rounded off with seminars, CIP workshops and various working groups as well as fireside chats and networking events with members of the top management or the Audi Board of Management.

You will be assisted by a mentor from management and by the trainee support team throughout the entire program.

Once you have completed the program you will have an excellent network within the company, which you can put to use in your later work. The Change Perspectives Program starts with an indefinite contract at AUDI AG and is open to graduates of any subject, but we are particularly looking for graduates of technical degree programs.

Audi Graduate Program – Collect Expertise

 

Specialist responsibility in our strategic areas of action – do you want to take part intensively in our future topics from the outset and acquire cross-interface expertise? Then the Collect Expertise Program of AUDI AG, a 24-month trainee program for university graduates and young professionals with up to two years’ professional experience, is just right for you. Through it, you will gain an in-depth insight into and specific expertise of our future areas by rotating through interface areas, supplemented with interdisciplinary, cross-functional activities and events associated with a trainee program.

As a trainee on the Collect Expertise Program you will gain a deeper insight into your initial and target department as well as into relevant interface areas in your task area.

You will start in your subsequent target department and throughout the 24 months of the program move through two to three other relevant interface areas related to your specific topic area. The sequence is tailored to your qualifications and the requirements of your target department. Cross-functional modules are also envisaged that allow you to develop individually on a cross-functional basis as well as build a network within the company.

Your mentor from management as well as the trainee support team will assist and accompany you throughout the entire program.

Upon completion of the program you will have specific technical know-how, a broad network and cross-functional knowledge which you can use in a targeted manner for your ongoing work.

The Collect Expertise Program starts with an indefinite contract at AUDI AG and is aimed at graduates and young professionals with initial specialist experience in relevant AUDI AG future topics.

Audi Graduate Program – Connect Cultures

 

A comprehensive overview of the entire company – would you like to get to know various areas of activity in your first year at work and network with different cultures from all over the world? Then the Connect Cultures Program of AUDI AG is just right for you. This 12-month trainee program is aimed specifically at university graduates from outside Germany with an international background.

To reflect its international emphasis, communication in the Connect Cultures Program is in English.

As a trainee on the Connect Cultures Program you will gain a broad overview of the entire company by being deployed to three to four different divisions in the course of the 12-month program.

Following an in-depth onboarding program you will start your first project in your target department, and get to know the cultural particularities within and outside AUDI AG in another module.

The individual programme modules are selected specifically to match your qualifications and the requirements of your target department. You will also complete production, customer contact and catering modules in which you will experience the products and Audi customers close up. Your program is rounded off with seminars, CIP workshops and various working groups as well as fireside chats and networking events with members of the top management or the Audi Board of Management.
